    • Launch of the ‘Digital Puzzle’ challenge: a series of 3 mini-games to be performed in sub-teams, aiming to collect as many pieces as possible in order to reconstruct a large fresco common to all

How to transform feedback from experts into a serious game to educate a large audience on a new strategic subject?

Our approach

  • Design of a 45-minute remote serious game for an audience of 120 employees:
    • Framing and definition of educational objectives with 2 experts
    • Scripting of feedback around a common thread statement accessible to a large audience, without prerequisites
    • Implementation of digital animations to position participants « In the place of the expert » : multiple choice questions, surveys, word clouds, etc.
  • Facilitation support by a Digital Transformers consultant , in English

  • Design of the key resources needed for the challenge: briefs, instructions, slides, etc.
  • Facilitation of workshops on D-day by a team of 6 consultants, in sub-groups of 20 people

How to deploy and run a face-to-face training system with a network of agencies?

Our actions

  • Implementation of a regional roadshow intended for employees and open to individuals:
    • Sessions in small groups of 1 hour, structured around 2 practical workshops :
      • Discovery of the group’s digital offer: getting started with the mobile application
      • Introduction to virtual reality (helmets) or augmented reality (via smartphone)
    • Roadshow logistics management : partnership to charter 1 itinerant truck, interior fittings and exterior customization, mapping of stopover towns to be covered, mobilization and training of trainers for each stopover town, etc.
  • Support for animation and logistics on board by a Digital Transformers consultant

Deliverables & Results

  • 1 truck personalized and fitted out to the needs and colors of the company

  • Development of a distance training course over 2 half-days, led by groups of 10 managers:
    • Upgrading of participants on pedagogical prerequisites
    • Scenarios based on real and concrete use cases
    • Animation of co-development workshops and experience sharing
  • Logistics management of deployment with the 20 regional mutuals: registrations, attendance monitoring, sharing of media and documents, etc.

Our actions

  • Design of the new Global Supply Chain and Project governance with the COMEX including details of the bodies (objectives, participants, duration, frequency, ODJ, input / output) as well as a detailed RACI.
    • Identification of stakeholders and qualification of the degree of impact: personae construction based on interviews and gap analysis
    • Construction of a “persona-centric” change management plan adapted to the target population and the degree of impact
  • Test of the support system on pilot sessions to take into account feedback from stakeholders before the overall deployment of actions
