Digital Transformers is built around a tight team, itself reinforced in its missions by an ecosystem of external consultants and partners. In order to support the growth of the company, we are regularly looking for new profiles to join us full time, in internship as in CDI.

Missions
  • Manage the monitoring of projects and the commercial relationship : briefing, call for tenders, costing, presentation meetings, etc.
  • Ensure the execution of the missions sold : preparation with the client, monitoring of service providers (freelance consultants), animation of training or workshops, etc.
  • Participate in the framing of the strategy : field trips, conduct of interviews, focus groups, analysis by personae, formalization of the vision, etc.
  • Design and offer our customers innovative systems : participatory workshops, serious games, business challenges, ice breakers, video clips, etc.
  • Support the development of the company : contribute to the development of our offers and our methodologies, participate in the writing of our publications, help with recruitment, etc.
Required profile
  • Excellent interpersonal skills , at ease orally (presentation, facilitation)
  • Very good level of English , written as spoken (~ 30% of assignments)
  • Creativity, versatility, rigor and autonomy
  • Ideally at the end of studies to convert to CDI

Contract
  • 6-month internship , from January 2022
  • Location : WeWork, 4 rue Jules Lefebvre 75009 Paris
  • Remuneration : according to profile (including Navigo + Swile restaurant card)
Missions
  • Participate in the strategic development of the company : design of new offers, consolidation of the business model, etc.
  • Grow our turnover : responses to incoming briefs and calls for tenders, cross-selling on our customer base, costing, presentation meetings, etc.
  • Ensure the execution of missions and customer follow-up : project management, supervision of the intern and / or external consultants, production of deliverables, facilitation of training or workshops, formalization of feedback, etc.
  • Carry out the framing of the strategy : field trips, conduct of interviews, focus groups, analysis by personae, formalization of the vision, etc.
  • Design and offer our customers innovative systems : participatory workshops, serious games, business challenges, ice breakers, video clips, etc.
  • Identify, recruit and supervise our interns and our external consultants for the implementation of projects
  • Increase the firm’s visibility : participate in the writing of our publications, represent the company at events, support accreditation procedures, etc.
Required profile
  • Young graduate , with a first significant experience in consulting or training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills , at ease orally (presentation, facilitation)
  • Very good level of English , written as spoken (~ 30% of assignments)
  • Creativity, versatility, rigor and autonomy
